13-Inch Aluminum Alloy Wheels — Better Road Grip and Stability

13-Inch Aluminum Alloy Wheels — Bigger, More Stable at Speed

We upgraded the Fiji 200 with 13-inch aluminum alloy wheels — larger than the 10-inch wheels on most 150cc mopeds and bigger than the 12-inch wheels on many 200cc-class competitors. Larger wheels handle road seams and potholes better, hold a straight line more confidently at speed, and aluminum reduces unsprung weight compared to steel for sharper cornering response. These are the wheels you'd expect on a more expensive scooter — standard on the Fiji 200.

Bigger wheels. Better grip. More stability at speed. Where 10-inch and 12-inch competitors fall short, the Fiji 200 holds its line.
Dual Rear Shock Absorbers — Smoother City Ride

Dual Rear Shock Absorbers — Absorbs What Single-Shock Competitors Don't

Most 200cc-class mopeds at this price use a single rear shock absorber. The Fiji 200 ships with dual rear coil-over shock absorbers — two independent shock units — paired with an upright front suspension. Every pothole, pavement seam, and road irregularity is split between two shocks instead of one, delivering a measurably smoother, more controlled ride on the real-world city streets the Fiji 200 is built for.

Two shocks where competitors use one. Every pothole and pavement seam absorbed without compromising your line.
11.0 N·m Torque — Stronger Than Competing 200cc-Class Mopeds

11.0 N·m Torque — Stronger Acceleration Than Competing 200cc-Class Mopeds

The Fiji 200's 168.9cc Xinba engine delivers 11.0 N·m of torque at 5,000 rpm — a stronger torque figure than the approximately 9.6 N·m on Competitor A and 9.3 N·m on Competitor B in the same 200cc class at similar prices. In daily riding, that difference translates to stronger pull from a complete stop, more confident acceleration into traffic gaps, and better performance on mild inclines with a single rider aboard.

11.0 N·m vs. 9.3–9.6 N·m on competing 200cc-class models at similar prices. Stronger pull from a stop. Better on hills.
168.9cc CVT Auto + Complete Street-Legal Safety Package

168.9cc CVT Auto + Complete Street-Legal Package Included Standard

The Fiji 200 runs a 168.9cc 4-stroke Xinba engine through a fully automatic CVT belt drive — no clutch to pull, no gears to manage. Top speed exceeds 55 MPH. Dual start: electric push-button primary, independent kick-start backup for cold mornings or dead battery situations. The complete street-legal package is standard equipment: hydraulic front disc brake, rear drum brake, headlight, tail light, turn signals, DOT-compliant reflectors, horn, kill switch, hand brake lever, and speedometer — every item you need to legally ride on public roads in 48 states.

Twist and go. Everything needed for legal street riding included — no add-ons required.

Rider Fit Guide

Fiji 200 Rider Fit Guide
Recommended Age 18 years and older (motorcycle license or endorsement required in most states)
Recommended Height 5'0" to 6'0" (152–183 cm)
Maximum Weight Capacity 265 lb (approx. 120 kg)
Seat Height 33.1 inches
Suitable Riding Environments City streets, suburban roads, campus areas — street-legal in 48 U.S. states (not California)

The X-PRO Fiji 200 is built for licensed adult riders age 18 and up who want a capable, street-legal 200cc-class moped for daily urban commuting and suburban riding. Riders between 5'0" and 6'0" in height — weighing 265 lb or less — will find the 33.1-inch seat height and CVT automatic transmission make the Fiji 200 accessible and comfortable from the first ride.

The Fiji 200 is particularly suited for riders who want the improved straight-line stability of 13-inch wheels, the shock absorption of a dual rear setup, and the torque advantage of an 11.0 N·m engine over competing 200cc-class mopeds at this price point.

Not Recommended For:

California residents — NOT CARB certified; cannot be legally sold or registered in California. Riders without a motorcycle license or endorsement (required in most U.S. states). Riders over 265 lb. Riders needing sustained highway speeds above 55 MPH.

A motorcycle license or endorsement is required for public road operation in most U.S. states. Always wear a properly fitted, approved helmet and full protective gear — not included. This vehicle is NOT CARB certified — not for sale or use in California. Never exceed the 265 lb maximum load capacity. Do not carry passengers.
Performance figures (top speed, fuel economy) are estimates under optimal conditions. Actual results vary based on rider weight, terrain, and riding conditions.

Key Features
168.9cc 4-Stroke Engine Delivers 55+ MPH — Confident City and Suburban Commuting: We engineered the Fiji 200 around a reliable 168.9cc air-cooled 4-stroke single-cylinder Xinba engine producing 7.0 kW of power and 11.0 N·m of torque. Top speed exceeds 55 MPH under typical conditions, comfortably keeping pace with city traffic and suburban roads with speed limits up to 45 MPH. The CVT automatic handles all shifting — twist the throttle and ride. Note: 'Fiji 200' refers to the 200cc engine class; actual displacement is 168.9cc.
13-Inch Aluminum Alloy Wheels + Dual Rear Shock Absorbers — Stable, Smooth Ride: We upgraded the Fiji 200 with larger 13-inch aluminum alloy wheels — bigger than the 10-inch wheels on most 150cc mopeds — for noticeably better road grip, straight-line stability at speed, and confidence over uneven pavement. Combined with the upright front suspension and dual rear coil-over shock absorbers, every bump and seam is absorbed for a measurably smoother, more comfortable ride than smaller-wheel, single-shock competitors at this price.
85% Factory Pre-Assembled — Ready to Ride in 45–60 Minutes: Ships 85% pre-assembled. Frame, engine, wiring harness, and drivetrain are completed at the factory. You install the front wheel (intermediate — align the brake caliper carefully), rearview mirrors, rear rack, front fender, front and small panels, muffler guard, and battery. Step-by-step video guide available on YouTube. Most riders complete assembly in under an hour with basic hand tools.
Hydraulic Front Disc Brake + Complete DOT-Compliant Safety Lighting: The Fiji 200 is equipped with a front disc brake delivering reliable, proportional stopping force at all speeds, paired with a rear drum for smooth deceleration. The complete street-legal safety package includes headlight, tail light, turn signals, reflectors, horn, kill switch, hand brake lever, and speedometer — fully compliant with DOT requirements for legal street use in 48 states.

Description

We built the X-PRO Fiji 200 for adult riders who want a capable, street-legal moped in the 200cc class — bigger wheels, more torque, and more comfortable suspension than entry-level 150cc scooters can offer. The Fiji 200 runs a 168.9cc air-cooled 4-stroke single-cylinder engine through a CVT automatic transmission: no clutch, no shifting, just twist and ride. It is EPA and DOT certified, making it street-legal in 48 U.S. states (not California). At $1,159.95, it stands out from competing 200cc-class mopeds with 13-inch aluminum alloy wheels, dual rear shock absorption, and dual electric and kick-start systems.

13-Inch Wheels. Dual Shock. Real Riding Upgrade.

The 13-inch aluminum alloy wheel upgrade is the first thing a rider notices on a real road. Larger wheels resist potholes and seams better than the 10-inch wheels common on 150cc mopeds and the 12-inch wheels on a competing Competitor B. Aluminum reduces unsprung weight for sharper response. Combined with the upright front suspension and dual rear coil-over shock absorbers, the Fiji 200 absorbs uneven pavement noticeably better than smaller-wheel, single-shock competitors in the same price range.

168.9cc Engine + Stronger Torque + Complete Safety Package

The 168.9cc engine delivers 7.0 kW of power and 11.0 N·m of torque — a stronger torque figure than competing Competitor A (9.6 N·m) and Competitor B (9.3 N·m), which translates to better acceleration from a stop and improved hill-climbing ability with a single rider. Top speed exceeds 55 MPH under typical conditions. The dual electric / kick-start system means a low battery on a cold morning does not leave you stranded. Complete street-legal safety package included standard: front disc brake, rear drum, headlight, tail light, turn signals, reflectors, horn, kill switch, hand brake lever, and speedometer. Maximum load capacity is 265 lb. Available in four colors: Black, Blue, Red, and White.

A Note on "Fiji 200" Naming

'Fiji 200' refers to the 200cc engine class category; actual displacement is 168.9cc. This is the standard industry convention for this engine platform. Estimated fuel economy is approximately 70–80 MPG depending on rider weight, terrain, and riding habits.

IMPORTANT: The X-PRO Fiji 200 is EPA and DOT certified for street-legal operation in 48 contiguous U.S. states. This vehicle is NOT CARB certified — it cannot be legally sold, titled, registered, or operated in California. A motorcycle endorsement or motorcycle license is required in most U.S. states for a 168.9cc moped — check your local DMV before riding. Top speed of 55+ MPH is suitable for city streets and suburban roads up to 45 MPH speed limits; not recommended for sustained highway use.

X-PRO has operated in the U.S. powersports market for over 20 years as a licensed motorcycle dealer. When you buy the Fiji 200, you are buying from a dealer with two company-owned warehouses in California and Texas, a U.S.-based support team, and full OEM replacement parts stocked before the vehicle goes on sale. Frame warranty: 1 year. Parts and battery warranty: 90 days. Support is handled in-house — not routed to an overseas contact form.

Before You Buy

California Residents — Do Not Purchase

This vehicle does not meet California Air Resources Board (CARB) emission standards and is not for sale or use in the state of California. California residents should not purchase this vehicle.

1 · Stay Connected — We Need to Reach You

After your order ships, our team will contact you by phone and email to coordinate delivery. Answer calls from unfamiliar numbers — our team and your carrier may call from numbers you don't recognize. Check your email daily, including your spam folder, until your vehicle arrives. Without a valid, reachable contact number, your carrier cannot complete delivery. If we cannot reach you, your order may be returned at your expense.

2 · Shipping & Delivery — LTL Freight

Your vehicle ships via LTL (Less-than-Truckload) freight from our U.S. warehouse. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment — make sure your contact information is current. Large freight trucks cannot enter narrow roads or tight residential areas. You must meet the driver at an accessible point, or arrange terminal pickup if needed. Inspect the vehicle carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is found, note it on the receipt and contact us immediately with photos.

3 · Assembly & Setup

Professional mechanic assembly is highly recommended. Improper DIY assembly voids safety guarantees and can lead to mechanical failure — incorrect assembly is one of the leading causes of early issues with new vehicles. Regardless of who assembles it, you must tighten all bolts and apply thread-locker (Loctite) before the first ride. Vibration will loosen factory settings during use, causing parts to fall off or break. This is a required pre-ride step, not a defect.

4 · Engine Maintenance

Change the engine oil before your first ride — factory fill is a break-in oil not suitable for extended use. Skipping this step is the leading cause of engine seizure on new vehicles. Use 10W-40 4-stroke motorcycle oil and 87+ octane fresh fuel only. Do not use high-pressure washers near engine or electrical components. Drain fuel for long-term storage. Store in a dry area.

5 · Real-World Performance

Top speed and power output are measured under optimal lab conditions. Actual performance varies based on rider weight, terrain type, road conditions, and ambient temperature. Fuel quality also affects performance — always use 87+ octane fresh gasoline. Riders near or above the 265 lb max load may notice a reduction in top speed and acceleration. Do not expect maximum rated performance in all real-world riding conditions.

6 · Storage

For long-term storage (30 days or more), drain the fuel tank and run the carburetor dry — do not store with old fuel as it will gum the carburetor and jets. Disconnect the 12V starter battery if storing for more than 60 days to prevent discharge. Store the vehicle indoors in a dry, temperature-stable environment, covered to protect from dust. Before returning to service after extended storage, inspect all bolts, tire pressure, brake function, and battery charge level.

7 · Safety & Rider Requirements

This vehicle is designed for riders age 18 and older. A motorcycle license or motorcycle endorsement is required to operate this vehicle on public roads — requirements vary by state; most states require a Class M license for a 168.9cc moped. IMPORTANT: This vehicle is NOT CARB certified and cannot be legally sold, registered, or operated in California. Always wear a properly fitted, approved helmet and appropriate protective gear — helmet is not included. Maximum weight capacity is 265 lb and must not be exceeded. Top speed of 55+ MPH is not suitable for sustained highway use.

8 · Break-in Period

We recommend a break-in period for the first 3–5 hours (approximately 300 miles) of riding. During this period, avoid sustained full-throttle operation and vary your speed to allow the engine and drivetrain components to seat properly. After break-in, perform an oil change and re-inspect and re-tighten all bolts. A properly completed break-in reduces early wear and extends the vehicle's service life.

Support Center & Resources
FAQ
What warranty does the Fiji 200 come with?
The X-PRO Fiji 200 includes a Limited Warranty: 1 Year on the frame for structural defects, 90 Days on non-wear parts for manufacturing defects, and 90 Days on the battery. Wear items (tires, brake pads, drive belts, bulbs) and damage from accidents, misuse, racing, or unauthorized modifications are not covered. Full warranty details at xprousa.com/pages/warranty-policy.
Can this moped be sold or registered in California?
No. The X-PRO Fiji 200 is not CARB (California Air Resources Board) certified and cannot be legally sold, titled, or registered in California. It is EPA and DOT approved for street use in the other 48 contiguous U.S. states only.
Do I need a motorcycle license to ride the Fiji 200?
Yes. The Fiji 200 has a 168.9cc engine, which is classified as a motorcycle in most U.S. states. A motorcycle endorsement or motorcycle license is required to legally operate it on public roads. Exact licensing requirements vary by state — we strongly recommend checking your local DMV before riding.
What is the top speed?
The Fiji 200 has a top speed of 55+ MPH under normal riding conditions. Actual speed will vary based on rider weight, road conditions, terrain, wind, and engine break-in status. It is well-suited for city streets and suburban roads with speed limits up to 40–45 MPH. It is not recommended for sustained highway use.
What is the maximum weight capacity of the Fiji 200?
The Fiji 200 has a maximum load capacity of 265 lb (approximately 120 kg). This is the total rider weight plus cargo. Please do not exceed this limit to ensure safe operation, proper handling, and to protect the frame and mechanical components.
The engine says 168.9cc — why is it called a 200cc moped?
The Fiji 200 is named in the 200cc class based on its engine architecture and performance category — a standard industry convention for this engine platform. The actual displacement is 168.9cc, clearly stated in the product specifications. The 168.9cc Xinba engine delivers 7.0 kW of power and 11.0 N·m of torque.
How difficult is assembly? What tools are needed?
The Fiji 200 ships 85% pre-assembled. You will need to install the front wheel (intermediate difficulty — carefully align the brake caliper and pads), rear shock fastening bolts, and basic-difficulty items including the rear rack, front fender, front panel, small side panels, rearview mirrors, muffler guard, VIN cover, and battery. Approximately 45–60 minutes with basic hand tools (10mm/12mm/14mm sockets, 10mm/14mm/17mm wrenches, 6mm hex key). A step-by-step installation video is available — search 'X-PRO Fiji 200 Assembly' on YouTube.
Are replacement parts available?
Yes. X-PRO maintains OEM replacement parts inventory in U.S. warehouses in California and Texas. Common maintenance parts (drive belts, brake pads, air filters, spark plugs, oil filters, carburetor jets) are typically in stock. Order through xprousa.com/collections/parts-by-bikes or contact our U.S.-based support team.
What type of oil and fuel should I use?
Use 10W-40 4-stroke motorcycle oil (non-synthetic recommended during the initial 300-mile break-in period). After the first 300 miles, perform your first oil change. For fuel, use regular unleaded gasoline (87 octane minimum). Do not use 2-stroke oil, E85, or ethanol blends above E10.
Does the Fiji 200 come with a rear storage trunk?
The standard Fiji 200 (MC-P007) does not include a rear storage trunk. It does include a rear rack, which can support aftermarket trunk accessories.
Is the Fiji 200 suitable for highway riding?
The Fiji 200 is not recommended for sustained highway use. With a top speed of 55+ MPH, it cannot safely maintain the minimum speeds typically required on freeways (65–70 MPH). It is designed for city streets, suburban roads, and campus environments with speed limits up to 45 MPH.
When will I receive the title and MSO documents?
The Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) and Bill of Sale are mailed separately by USPS after your scooter ships. Please do NOT title or register the vehicle before receiving and inspecting the package. If you have not received your documents within 2–3 weeks of delivery, contact us directly.
Can I carry a passenger on the Fiji 200?
The Fiji 200 is designed as a single-rider vehicle. It is not configured or rated for two-up (passenger) riding. Carrying a passenger would exceed the 265 lb maximum load capacity for most riders and significantly compromise handling and braking performance. Always ride solo.
How do I open the under-seat storage area?
The seat storage compartment is unlocked using the ignition key. Insert the key into the seat lock (located at the front of the scooter, separate from the main ignition keyhole), then turn counterclockwise WITHOUT pressing the key in. The seat will release upward.
The moped will not start out of the box — what should I check first?
Follow these steps before contacting support: (1) Verify the fuel valve is open and the tank contains fresh gasoline. (2) Check the fuel line near the carburetor for any kinks or pinches and straighten them. (3) Connect the battery terminals correctly (red = positive, black = negative). (4) Ensure the kill switch on the handlebar is in the RUN position. (5) Try the kick start 3–5 times if electric start fails. If the issue persists, contact our U.S.-based support team for a video diagnostic call.
