EFI Electronic Fuel Injection — Reliable Starts in Any Weather, Any Altitude
The Tank 200 EFI runs a 168.9cc ECU-controlled Electronic Fuel Injection system. Cold mornings, damp weather, higher altitudes — the ECU adjusts fuel delivery automatically, eliminating the cold-start failures, manual choke routines, and seasonal jet adjustments common to carbureted Competitor A, Competitor B, and Competitor C at this displacement.
168.9cc EFI Engine + 1.85-Gallon Fuel Tank — Power and Range That Go the Distance
The 168.9cc air-cooled 4-stroke EFI engine produces 7.0 kW of power and 11.0 N·m of torque (vs. 9.6 N·m on Competitor A) with a top speed of 55+ MPH. The 1.85-gallon fuel tank provides approximately 47% more capacity than typical 1.26-gallon competitors at this displacement, extending range to an estimated 130–165 miles per tank at typical commuting speeds (65–70 MPG estimated).
Factory Windscreen + Standard Handlebar Guards — Rider Protection Built In
A factory-installed small windscreen sits in front of the rider, deflecting airflow away from the chest and arms at city commuting speeds (25–45 MPH) and providing a partial barrier against light rain splash and road debris. Protective handlebar guards on both handlebar ends shield hands from wind chill, light impact, and road debris. Both are standard equipment — competing 200cc-class mopeds at this price typically ship without them.
Hydraulic Front Disc + Dual Rear Shocks + CVT Automatic — Stop Safely, Ride Smoothly
The hydraulic front disc brake delivers confident, proportional stopping force at all speeds, paired with a rear drum brake for smooth deceleration. Dual rear coil-over shock absorbers paired with the upright telescopic front fork absorb road imperfections — seams, potholes, broken pavement. Fully automatic CVT belt drive: no clutch, no gear shifts. The complete street-legal safety package includes full LED head/tail/turn lighting, reflectors, horn, kill switch, hand brake, and LCD speedometer.

We built the Tank 200 EFI for adult daily commuters who want all-weather reliability — riders who deal with cold mornings, damp weather, or higher altitudes where carbureted competitors struggle. The 168.9cc EFI engine reaches 55+ MPH and handles city streets and suburban roads up to 45 MPH speed limits with confidence. The 331 lb max load capacity fits riders up to about 290 lb plus cargo. At a low 29.5-inch seat height, riders from 4'10" to 6'2" can comfortably reach the ground with both feet — one of the lowest seat heights in the 200cc category. A motorcycle license is required. Not available in California.
California residents — this moped is NOT CARB certified and cannot be legally sold, registered, or operated in California. Riders without a motorcycle license — a motorcycle license or endorsement is required to operate a 168.9cc moped on public roads in most U.S. states. Riders who require a rear storage trunk — the Tank 200 EFI does not include a trunk; if rear storage is a priority, consider a model that includes trunk accessories. Riders who need highway speeds above 55 MPH — the Tank 200 EFI tops out at 55+ MPH and is designed for city streets and suburban roads, not sustained freeway riding.

Description
We built the X-PRO Tank 200 EFI for adult riders who want a serious all-weather commuter in the 200cc class — one that starts reliably in any conditions, carries a real fuel range, and ships with rider-protection features competing mopeds at this price simply do not include. The Tank 200 EFI runs a 168.9cc air-cooled 4-stroke EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) engine through a CVT automatic transmission: no clutch, no shifting, no carburetor maintenance. It is EPA and DOT certified, making it street-legal in 48 U.S. states (not California). At $1,329.95, it stands out in its category through measurable, factory-installed advantages: EFI fuel injection (vs. carbureted competitors), a 1.85-gallon fuel tank (vs. typical 1.26-gallon), a factory windscreen, and standard handlebar guards.
EFI Reliability. Bigger Tank. Standard Rider Protection.
The EFI advantage is what you notice first — the bike starts on the first try, every time, regardless of temperature, humidity, or altitude. Carbureted 200cc-class mopeds (Competitor A, Competitor B, Competitor C) all rely on float bowls and jets that can foul, gum, or require seasonal tuning. The Tank 200 EFI's ECU adjusts fuel delivery automatically — there is no choke to remember, no priming routine, no cold-morning frustration.
168.9cc EFI Engine + Complete Street-Legal Package
The 168.9cc engine delivers 7.0 kW of power and 11.0 N·m of torque — top speed exceeds 55 MPH under typical conditions, well-suited to city streets and suburban roads with speed limits up to 45 MPH. The 1.85-gallon fuel tank provides an estimated 130–165 mile range at typical commuting speeds (65–70 MPG estimated) — meaningfully more than the 1.26-gallon tanks common on Competitor A and Competitor B. The complete street-legal safety package: hydraulic front disc brake, rear drum, full LED head/tail/turn lighting, reflectors, horn, kill switch, hand brake lever, and LCD speedometer. Maximum load capacity is 331 lb. Available in four colors: Matte Black, Matte Blue, Red, and White.
Windscreen + Handlebar Guards — Standard, Not Aftermarket
Two rider-protection features set the Tank 200 EFI apart in this price tier: a factory-installed small windscreen that deflects airflow away from your chest and arms at commuting speeds, and protective handlebar guards on both handlebar ends that shield your hands from wind chill, light impact, and road debris. These are not aftermarket add-ons — they ship from the factory standard. Note: 'Tank 200' refers to the 200cc engine class category; actual displacement is 168.9cc, the standard industry convention for this engine platform.
IMPORTANT: The X-PRO Tank 200 EFI is EPA and DOT certified for street-legal operation in 48 U.S. states. This vehicle is NOT CARB certified — it cannot be legally sold, titled, registered, or operated in California. A motorcycle endorsement or motorcycle license is required in most U.S. states for a 168.9cc moped — check your local DMV before riding. Top speed of 55+ MPH is suitable for city streets and suburban roads up to 45 MPH speed limits; not recommended for sustained highway use.
X-PRO has operated in the U.S. powersports market for over 20 years as a licensed motorcycle dealer. When you buy the Tank 200 EFI, you are buying from a dealer with two company-owned warehouses in California and Texas, a U.S.-based support team, and full OEM replacement parts stocked before the vehicle goes on sale. Frame warranty: 1 year. Parts and battery warranty: 90 days — substantially longer than the 30-day coverage offered by most competing 200cc-class brands. Support is handled in-house — not routed to an overseas contact form.

Before You Buy
California Residents — Do Not Purchase
This vehicle does not meet California Air Resources Board (CARB) emission standards and is not for sale or use in the state of California. California residents should not purchase this vehicle.
1 · Stay Connected — We Need to Reach You
After your order ships, our team will contact you by phone and email to coordinate delivery. Answer calls from unfamiliar numbers — our team and your carrier may call from numbers you don't recognize. Check your email daily, including your spam folder, until your vehicle arrives. Without a valid, reachable contact number, your carrier cannot complete delivery. If we cannot reach you, your order may be returned at your expense.
2 · Shipping & Delivery — LTL Freight
Your vehicle ships via LTL (Less-than-Truckload) freight from our U.S. warehouse. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment — make sure your contact information is current. Large freight trucks cannot enter narrow roads or tight residential areas. You must meet the driver at an accessible point, or arrange terminal pickup if needed. Inspect the vehicle carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is found, note it on the receipt and contact us immediately with photos.
3 · Assembly & Setup
Professional mechanic assembly is highly recommended. Improper DIY assembly voids safety guarantees and can lead to mechanical failure — incorrect assembly is one of the leading causes of early issues with new vehicles. Regardless of who assembles it, you must tighten all bolts and apply thread-locker (Loctite) before the first ride. Vibration will loosen factory settings during use, causing parts to fall off or break. This is a required pre-ride step, not a defect.
4 · Engine Maintenance — Gas Models (EFI)
Change the engine oil before your first ride — factory fill is a break-in oil not suitable for extended use. Skipping this step is the leading cause of engine seizure on new vehicles. Use 10W-40 4-stroke motorcycle oil and 87+ octane fresh fuel only. Because this is an EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) system, do not pour aftermarket additives or carburetor cleaners into the fuel tank — they can damage the injectors. Do not use high-pressure washers near engine, ECU, or electrical components. Drain fuel for long-term storage. Store in a dry area.
5 · Real-World Performance
Top speed and power output are measured under optimal conditions. Actual performance varies based on rider weight, terrain type, road conditions, and ambient temperature. Fuel quality also affects performance — always use 87+ octane fresh gasoline. Riders near or above the 331 lb max load may notice a reduction in top speed and acceleration. Estimated 65–70 MPG fuel economy varies with riding conditions. Do not expect maximum rated performance in all real-world riding conditions.
6 · Storage
For long-term storage (30 days or more), drain the fuel tank — even with EFI, old fuel can damage injectors and degrade fuel pump performance. Disconnect the 12V starter battery if storing for more than 60 days to prevent discharge. Store the vehicle indoors in a dry, temperature-stable environment, covered to protect from dust. Before returning to service after extended storage, inspect all bolts, tire pressure, brake function, and battery charge level.
7 · Safety & Rider Requirements
This vehicle is designed for riders age 18 and older. A motorcycle license or motorcycle endorsement is required to operate this vehicle on public roads — requirements vary by state; most states require a Class M license for a 168.9cc moped. IMPORTANT: This vehicle is NOT CARB certified and cannot be legally sold, registered, or operated in California. Always wear a properly fitted, approved helmet and appropriate protective gear — helmet is not included. Maximum weight capacity is 331 lb and must not be exceeded. Top speed of 55+ MPH is not suitable for sustained highway use.
8 · Break-in Period
We recommend a break-in period for the first 3–5 hours (approximately 300 miles) of riding. During this period, avoid sustained full-throttle operation and vary your speed to allow the engine and drivetrain components to seat properly. After break-in, perform an oil change and re-inspect and re-tighten all bolts. A properly completed break-in reduces early wear and extends the vehicle's service life.
